Do I need tools to assemble a LOVEWE stand?
No. Every LOVEWE system uses push-fit aluminium connectors and zip-on tension fabric. Two people can assemble a 3×3 m stand in about 40 minutes.
How is the price shown on the site calculated?
Prices are shown in the currency of the warehouse nearest to you, based on your location. Shipping is calculated from the order weight (USD 100–400 equivalent); pick-up at any warehouse is free.
What is the difference between buying and renting?
Buying gives you the full system to keep and reuse at every show. Renting gives you the same hardware for one show: you pay a refundable deposit of 20 % of the purchase price, return the hardware to any LOVEWE warehouse afterwards, and get the deposit back after check-in. Normal wear and damage are free; only missing parts are charged, at their purchase price. The graphic is yours to keep.
How fast can you deliver?
Hardware ships within 2 business days from the nearest warehouse. Printed graphics take 5 business days. Rush production is available.
Are LOVEWE stands accepted at Informa exhibitions?
Yes. LOVEWE stands hold Better Stands Gold, Informa's sustainability standard for reusable stands, and we can prepare the compliance filing for you.
Can I return something I bought?
Yes. Unused hardware can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Start the return from the link in your order email (or /order/), add a photo, and send or drop the parcel at any LOVEWE warehouse. Return shipping is paid by you; there is no restocking fee. Printed graphics are made for you and are not refundable, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
Shipping
Hardware dispatches within 2–3 business days from the nearest warehouse; graphics print in 5 business days after artwork approval. Pick-up at any warehouse is free.
Returns

Start from the link in your order email or at lovewe.us/order, add a photo, then drop off or ship the parcel to any LOVEWE warehouse. Return shipping is paid by you; there is no restocking fee. Printed graphics are made for you and are not refundable (each product page shows the graphic's value), and the original shipping charge is not refunded. We refund as soon as the warehouse checks the parcel in.
Rental terms
A rental covers one event of up to 7 days. At checkout you pay a refundable deposit of 20% of the purchase price. After the show, return the hardware to any LOVEWE warehouse within 5 business days. Once it is checked in, the deposit is refunded in full. Normal wear and damage are on us; only missing parts are charged, at their purchase price, and deducted from the deposit first. Your graphic is yours to keep.
Privacy
We use your approximate location (from your IP address and your browser's time zone) only to choose the nearest warehouse and currency. Chat messages and files you send are used to answer you and are kept for 90 days. Chat replies may come from our AI assistant first. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
